"I don’t have an eye-sight but I have a vision,” says 20-year-old Savitri Gupta. With a Masters of Social Work degree, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS)co-ordinator,is up for challenges. She dreams of teaching the mentally challenged. 
Prasad Phanasgaokar, afflicted with muscular dystrophy and dependent on his battery-operated wheel-chair, holds a diploma in mechanical draughtsman. His modified wheelchair accessibleTata Winger inspired him to starta luxury car-rental business for the physically challenged. Today, his friend and he fulfill the mobility dreams of scores of challenged people across India.Phanasgaokar is an award-winner felicitated by the Vihaang Group.
Joanita Figueiredo, runs a footspa where services are offered by eight visually impaired staffers. “I even educate them about following a good diet and fitness routine that enables them to work effectively.”
